VINCENT WOODS | Vaughn

​

Vincent was born in Derby and grew up in various towns mainly across North West England; performing from an early age to escape the constant change.  Vincent is an accomplished artist, with a degree in Fine Art working in multiple disciplines; painting, film, animation, and performance.

 

His love of acting was honed in the North East of England in commercials, stage, and presenting where he also developed his film-making career working in the commercial and corporate world.   Subsequently having stopped acting for 10 years, things took off when he moved to London in 2013.

 

Vincent has appeared in over 50 short and long-form films from Indian Blockbusters, ‘BADLA’ and

‘DE DE PAYAR DE (2019), to lead roles in multiple shorts, Eric in OUR ERIC and becoming the lost, bitter and tragic Vaughn in (both in 2020). 

 

TV work includes JACK STALL DEAD, as the lead antagonist and numerous commercials from

Virgin Atlantic to Lloyds Bank. 

​

His directing debut was the acclaimed HARRIGAN, a dark crime thriller set in 1974 which went out theatrically and digitally in 2013/14. He co-directed an action thriller TV Pilot and documentary, PEOPLE, POLITICS & PLANES. Exposing the global conspiracy surrounding the collapse of Laker Airways, involving major airlines, banks, and UK/US governments.

As a Director Vincent has just completed his third feature, a comedy-drama, THE LOSS ADJUSTER, starring Luke Goss, Joan Collins, Guy Siner, Kym Marsh, and Martin Kemp.. Due to be released theatrically across the UK, Christmas 2020.. Vincent picked up Best Director and Best Feature at the Vancouver International Film Awards for the film.

EMMA GRACE ARENDS | Amanda

​

'Emma Grace grew up in the north of England and found her passion for the performing arts very early on. She moved to Chiswick at 16 where she attended Arts Ed 6th form as a compromise with her mum to finish off her studies. Emma then went on to the 3 year BA honours degree at Arts Ed Drama School and has been professionally working since. 

​

Emma is best known as her character Daisy from Peppa Pig; My First Cinema Experience which hit box office records throughout the UK and worldwide. 

Previous to this Emma traveled in two UK NO.1 Tours with Peppa Pig Live and four Christmas’s performing in the hustling bustling West End. 

 

Emma has recently finished filming a pilot series ‘Across The Pond’ and has been seen all year on the Galbani Television and radio advert. 

Emma has toured with Open-air Shakespeare companies playing roles such as Hermia,

Juliet, and Hero. 

A fun fact about Emma - she, her sister Elizabeth and Richard Sanderson created and filmed a full feature in two weeks over in the Isle of Man. Emma on continuity, catering, and props … enjoying behind the scenes as well as in front! 

 

Emma also worked on ITV’s Cilla with Sheridan Smith as the choreographer. 

 

Emma enjoyed every moment of filming Tricycle with Braybrook Productions and would like to thank both Marc Pearce and Steve Langridge for their wonderful direction both before filming, studying the character of Amanda and on set with a fabulous eye for detail. '

JILL STANFORD | Stella

​

Jill has kept working this year, recording a moving voiceover for a RED CROSS Covid commercial,

“A Call for Help.” Since then she has set up a home recording studio. 

 

As well as playing Stella in TRICYCLE, she played an Italian Nona in a promo for a private members club, Annabels, and corporate work for Media Zoo. Just before lockdown, she played Sister Martha in a short, NOTHING TO LOOSE for Texhex.

 

Feature film credits include DIRTY GOD (2019); FAITH; JUNK and much earlier THE HIDING PLACE.

 

TV includes Mr. Lincoln the Butcher (CH4);  Holby City (BBC); Midnight Man (Carousel);  The Bill (Thames TV); Mountain Men (BBC); Missing from Home (BBC); CROSSROADS (ATV) and was a Maid of the Month on THE GOLDEN SHOT with Charlie Williams(ATV)!  Short films include MOTHER (2019); I Like Women (2019); The Key (2018); Matchbox (2017); Arcade Girl (2016); Rotten Retail (2016); The Cross (2014); Robbing Peter (2010).

 

Jill has worked extensively in theatre. At the start of 2020, she played Miss Minchin in an adaptation of A LITTLE PRINCESS to 4-star reviews. Prior to that The Duchess of York/Bishop of Ely in

RICHARD III (Antic Disposition 2017); Mrs. Pearce in PYGMALION (Windsor/Sidmouth 2016); Edna and u/s Mrs. Birling in AN INSPECTOR CALLS(2015/16 tour); Ensemble in TRAVELLING LIGHT (NT 2012); Gwen in

FOR SERVICES RENDERED (Union/Vital Signs 2011).

 

West End includes THE COUNTRY WIFE (2009); ARCADIA (1994 Theatre Royal Haymarket);

THE REHEARSAL (Garrick Theatre). NT earlier credits include GHETTO, HEDDA GABLER (1989);

The Slave in THE ROMANS IN BRITAIN (1981); SISTERLY FEELINGS, THE LIFE OF GALILEO  (1980).  Other Shakespearian credits include Lady Macbeth, Lady Capulet, and The Princess of France in LOVES LABOURS LOST (Octagon, Bolton 1982). Other earlier theatre includes Jill Mason in EQUUS, Laura in THE GLASS MENAGERIE, Fanny in HINDLE WAKES (The Donovan Maule Theatre Nairobi -1977/79) where Jill believes she learned her craft.

Jill trained at THE GUILDHALL SCHOOL OF MUSIC AND DRAMA 1969/71.​

CHARLOTTE LAWTON | Charlie

​

Lottie started acting when she was 6 years old. Performing with her sister in the House of Fraser Christmas ad 2017. Since then she had performed in various adverts. Tricycle is her first film.

​

When not acting Lottie can be found playing for her local football team Thatcham Tornadoes.

PAUL RITCHIE TOMKINSON - Playwright 

​

Hailing from a small mining village in Derbyshire, he became an exhibition Ballroom/Latin American dancer in his youth. After being an International Gymnast he won a scholarship to The Royal Ballet Upper School and ultimately, a contract with The Company (SWRB). 

 

After working for 15 years in West End/Films/T.V. and Radio he started writing.

His first musical Boorskale won the Vivian Ellis Prize in 1993.

​

He left the theatre to care for his parents for many years - his proudest achievement! In this time he taught dance to gymnasts countrywide.

​

Since his parents passed, Boorskale has been reproduced, initially in cabaret and culminating in a full production at The Kenneth More Theatre. 

​

Snowflake (children's book) was published in 2015 and is now a Musical Screen Story. 

Suitcases in the Spinney (memoir) was completed in 2020.

​

He is now writing a children's musical story ... The Green-Eyed Monster.

​

Tricycle was produced in 2001 as a Theatre play and received very well. He is extremely proud and privileged for Braybrook Productions to have filmed it in 2020 (and during the Covid 19 Pandemic!) ... with such love and care to detail.

MARC PEARCE - Director

​

Marc is an award-winning film director and co-owner of Braybrook Productions. His work includes -

Since holding his first VHS camera at the age of 10, Marc has been obsessed with the idea of entertainment. Marc has acted in, directed, designed, and produced dozens of productions, from plays to musicals. He has honed his skills and craft from every angle that he possibly could, including professional photography, but Marc has consistently felt the pull of film. His debut drama feature project achieved a significant level of recognition with leading industry professionals.

​

His stylistic qualities can be felt in all of his productions from the set design to the tone. For Marc, everything you see is vital; and without knowing, it’s the things you don’t even see, that make it the complete experience.

 

Marc seeks to create, visually stunning pieces with heart.  He has an innate instinct for knowing exactly what you want as a viewer, what you want to see, and how you want to be made to feel.

STEVE LANGRDIGE - Writer

​

Steve is the writer of feature-length and short screenplays that have been shortlisted by the BBC Writer’s Room, The Script Factory, and Euroscript development schemes, as well as qualifying for the Bluecat Screenplay competition, British Screenwriting competition, Shepperton Screenwriting Festival, Screenwriting Goldmine awards and London International Screenwriting competition 2020.

 

Steve is currently developing a number of projects that include a one-off drama script which has attracted the interest of a major UK television broadcaster and has had two screenplays selected by leading script consultancy, Industrial Scripts for their ‘Talent Connector’ scheme, whilst also working as a producer and researcher on four true-crime documentary projects at present.

FLEUR DE HENRIE - Producer

​

Fleur trained at Arts Education and over the last 20 years has performed with a number of London theatre companies. Fleur's experience is varied and extends from an actor to make-up artistry to over 12 years working with and managing events for prestigious clients in the film, theatre, art, fashion, and editorial industries.

​

Fleur's passion and never-ending desire to be back within a creative industry pushed her to leave the events world 4 years ago. Since then Fleur has worked solidly as an actress and producer. 

In 2019 Fleur produced and starred in The Long Road by Shelagh Stephenson which premiered at The Edinburgh Festival Fringe to great acclaim.

Fleur works at Braybrook Productions as a Producer and in addition to this is a freelance theatre and film producer. Fleur is an Associate Producer at Wild Duck Productions and is currently producing and about to launch a brand new podcast program Short Plays for Short Journeys.

Richard is an entrepreneur who is passionate about film, theatre, and art. He is active in production development and delivery and provides commercial experience as a marketing and data consultant for some of the world's largest brands.

 

As CEO of Braybrook Productions, Richard’s key role is to drive the commercial adventure for all future projects.
